Happy August long weekend ZEN Community ✨ hoping you are outside enjoying our back yard 🙌 we are lucky to be here in the island with all that is going on elsewhere. Sending much love to those not as lucky as us today ✨

We are OPEN for ALL regularly scheduled classes tomorrow! Vanessa Harris, Kinesiologist is in running both the 6:00 AM Strength and 9:00 AM Spin + Strength 🙌 Come start your day off the right way!

madi is back in the saddle tonight at 5:30 PM / Monday 5:30 PM + Wednesday 7:00 PM

Barry is covering for Karin 5:30 PM Tuesday night if you haven’t had a chance to run a Spin Drills class with him yet!

If you haven’t had a chance to ride with Barry - he’ll be running class at 5:30PM tonight 🔥

Vanessa is offering STRENGTH LAB in the evenings twice per week now! Catch your chance to build muscle Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00PM. Kinesiology and Personal Training also available for booking online now through our booking system!

Friday we are back at Deverill Square park for Yoga in the park by food or cash donation. Bring your own mat (or go ahead and earth!) and dress for the weather! Friday is supposed to be a little drier ✨🤞☀️🧘🌳✨
