Recreational Gymnastics is a core sport. It is a non-competitive form of gymnastics that focuses on fun, fitness, skill development, and personal achievement, rather than high-level performance and competition. As a school of gymnastics we teach the fundamentals of each lead up skill rusting in the the mastering of each apparatus. It's an inclusive activity accessible to people of all ages and skill levels. It emphasizes learning fundamental movements, building strength, and improving coordination in a supportive environment. Regardless of stature or strength, we leave no child behind in development.
