Good morning and Happy Thursday to everyone, Update on The Fitness Shop Prop: We have been told that our 100 year old solid Fir site cut lumber needs a grade stamp on every piece. This wood is by far superior to any store bought wood. We have also been told our full dimension 1x4 Strapping on the roof isn't strong enough for Seismic activity and that we need to put plywood on top of it! WOW! Our building construction has been put on hold for now. Stay tuned while we try to navigate through this upsetting situation. ---Bart, Eva, and Family.
