So so proud of Greg McgregoGreg for his dedication, compliance, determination and hard work over the past 3 months working with me!

Greg’s body composition has very obviously changed & is heading in the right direction as he continues his health and wellness journey!

Greg was a very committed Police Officer prior to his well earned retirement! He suffered a stroke not too long ago and decided it was time to get his health and wellness back after years of committing to his job!

He is now 60 YEARS old and you wouldn’t know it!!

Proud of you Greg and it is always my pleasure to work with client’s that are committed to their journey 100%
