September is the new January
Not because you need another resolution.
Not because you need to suddenly become perfect.
But because September is a great time to get back into a routine that makes you feel good.
Maybe your summer looked a little different than your usual routine. Maybe workouts became less consistent, meals were more relaxed, schedules were all over the place, and you feel like you've been a little "off track."
