About Us:
We are a growing aluminum boat manufacturer specializing in custom welded vessels ranging from 18 to 28 feet. We build durable, high-quality boats designed for performance and longevity.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Aluminum Welder/Fabricator who takes pride in clean welds and precision fabrication. You’ll be working on all stages of boat construction, from hull assembly to final fit-out.

Responsibilities:

TIG and MIG welding on aluminum (primarily 5000 series)
Fabrication and assembly of hulls, decks, and structural components
Reading and working from shop drawings and blueprints
Cutting, fitting, grinding, and finishing parts
Maintaining quality standards and safe work practices
Collaborating with team members to meet production timelines
Qualifications:

Experience welding aluminum (marine experience preferred)
Strong TIG and/or MIG welding skills
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Attention to detail and workmanship
Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
Assets (Not Required):

Boat building or marine fabrication experience
CWB certification (aluminum)
Experience with press brake, CNC, or layout work
