Sign up for this year’s nutrition challenge is open on Wodify!

Join us for this year’s virtual 30 day competition starting Sept 8th. This year’s challenge is based on the - it is a healthy, fun way to add MORE to what you eat. Expect a booklet on the challenge, weekly prompts to inspire you, a riveting team chat and a leaderboard with a prize for our winner. Everyone is welcome.

We will be taking place in the CrossFit community cup this August.

This global in-affiliate competition is built for everyday athletes — and it’s designed for your whole gym, not just the competitive crowd.

Competition runs Aug. 1-31. Four workouts, lots of ways to play.

We will be running the workouts in Fridays classes. If you would like to join the official leaderboard details can be found on the CrossFit website.
