Come and train in my private studio in my country home! What I have to offer in the weight room of the studio is: all sizes of dumbbells, all sizes of kettlebells, plate weights, ez curl bars, straight bars, ankle and wrist weights, Basu ball, Swiss balls, weighted medicine balls and regular balls, massage equipment, bench press with leg extension, sliders, yoga block, ab roller, TRX, assorted bands of all shapes and sizes tensions and weights, weighted battle rope, extra exercise mats and steps. In the other half of the studio I have an elliptical and a treadmill with many pre-programmed courses, a stationary bike and an AB bench also a TV to watch while you're warming up or working out. Lots to offer lots of fun call or message for your personal program! Want to stay in your own home, no weights and no equipment. No problem, we can do classes online!
