This wasn’t built under perfect conditions, just consistent effort and a custom plan tailored to fit Josh’s demanding schedule.
How we did it👇
20-Week Fat Loss Phase (meal plan used)✂️
• Calories: 2500 ➝ 1900
• Protein: ~150g/day
• Training: Push/Pull/Legs split, 3–5x/week
• Steps: 7500 ➝ 10,000/day
• Weight lost: 20 lbs on the scale
• Estimated fat lost: 25+ lbs (with added muscle)
This was a pretty straightforward fat loss phase, adjusted to fit his work rotations and shift demands with small tweaks overtime!
No gimmicks, no supplements, no extreme diets just simple nutrition and strength training built around a tough work schedule.
