Huge shoutout to my client Josh who dropped over 20 lbs of body fat while working full-time as a rotational travel nurse 💉🔥

Proof that even with long hours, inconsistent shifts, and constant travel, real results are still possible.

This wasn’t built under perfect conditions, just consistent effort and a custom plan tailored to fit Josh’s demanding schedule.

How we did it👇

20-Week Fat Loss Phase (meal plan used)✂️
• Calories: 2500 ➝ 1900
• Protein: ~150g/day
• Training: Push/Pull/Legs split, 3–5x/week
• Steps: 7500 ➝ 10,000/day
• Weight lost: 20 lbs on the scale
• Estimated fat lost: 25+ lbs (with added muscle)

This was a pretty straightforward fat loss phase, adjusted to fit his work rotations and shift demands with small tweaks overtime!

No gimmicks, no supplements, no extreme diets just simple nutrition and strength training built around a tough work schedule.

WEDDING READY 💍🔥

Huge shoutout to my client Steph who absolutely crushed her transformation leading up to her big day last Friday 💒

This one was special! Not only did Steph show up consistently, but she did it all while being a new mom. I always say, there’s no more motivated client than a woman getting ready for her wedding… and Steph proved it!

Months 1–4 (Building Phase) 💪

• Focus: Building muscle, improving digestion, sleep, energy & metabolism
• Calories: 1700 ➝ 2400
• Protein: 150g
• Training: Strength training 3–4x/week
• Steps: 7500–10,000/day

Months 5–9 (Fat Loss Phase) ✂️

• Goal: Lose 0.5–1.5% of body weight/week (~1.5–2 lbs/week)
• Total weight lost: 35 lbs in 20 weeks
• Calories: 2000 ➝ 1350
• Protein: 125–150g
• Training: Strength training 3–4x/week
• Steps: 10k ➝ 15k/day

And no… there were no shortcuts. No magic pills. No extreme diets. Just consistent effort, week after week.

(Fun fact: We had to stop the cut 2 weeks early because the dress couldn’t be altered any further 😅)

A big shoutout to my client Breanna who lost over 35lbs of body fat during our first fat loss phase together💪

She absolutely nailed this one. She did everything I asked of her and was incredibly consistent throughout the process and because of this the results followed.

I’ll break down for you how we approached this one and while the exact numbers and finer details will be different person to person, this is the same approach you can use as guideline for yourself if fat loss is your main goal!

Nutrition:
I always get clients to send me their current eating for around 2 weeks to give me an idea of their initial maintenance calories + food quality. Remember you always want to make small tweaks from your current habits and not make drastic changes you can’t sustain.

From here I got her to work on improving food quality at those calories for a few weeks before heading into a deficit. We started off with a 300-400 calorie deficit and set a daily protein goal. Once we saw fat loss stall for around 2 weeks we simply decreased calories by 100-150 via carbs or fats while maintaining the protein goal.

Cardio:
10k+ steps daily no direct cardio

Measurements:
Weekly average weighs ins, body measurements, and progress pics (these are the tools we use in order to track progress and know when it’s time to make changes)

Training:
When at home for two weeks she followed an upper lower split at the gym and while working away she did full body at home workouts.

Goal & Timeline:
Lose 1-2lbs per week
4 weeks maintenance
16-20 weeks dieting
3~ weeks of diet breaks during vacations

Goal complete✅

We now head into our next building phase where we focus on increasing calories, bringing energy back up, and gaining muscle and strength while maintaining body fat.

A HUGE shoutout to my client Ben who’s now stripped off an incredible 35+ pounds of body fat over the last 9 months💪

The side visuals really show it all for this one, the man really did cut his waist in half lol.

Really proud of all his hard work over the last few months, he’s a beginner in the gym too which made it even that much more impressive!

How we accomplished this fat loss transformation🔥👇

Nutrition:

- intuitive eating while focusing on managing calorie intake
- Aim to consume protein at each meal
- Eat mostly high quality whole foods while fitting in “treats” for sustainability and adherence

Cardio:
- aim for 7500-10k steps daily

Training:
- 3-4 workouts per week (full body or upper lower) focusing on getting stronger each session via adding weight or reps or improving form!

No fancy diets, supplements, workouts, and fasted cardio etc. just simple basic hard work, consistency, and dedication for this one! (Which is all you ever need)

During this fat loss phase we also made huge improvements in her body composition getting very strong and adding in a lot of new muscle mass along the way.

Equally as important, she also improved her self confidence and made great strides forward with her mental well-being.

We kept this one very simple and sustainable as I do with all my clients, this is what leads to my client success. I don’t provide temporary fixes, I provide life long solutions they will be able to stick with forever.

🍎Nutrition:
Slight calorie deficit with a daily calorie and protein goal letting her choose her own foods. (This allowed her to still enjoy herself and go out with friends etc.) focusing on 2-4L of water

🏋️‍♀️Training:
3 full body sessions in the gym each week

🫀Cardio:
Daily 10k step goal

😴 sleep:
7-8~ hours

When you understand how to set up nutrition/training variables, you are consistent, and have someone to hold you accountable/make adjustments it really can be this easy👊

Awesome 2 month body recomp transformation for my client👀💪

What’s crazy about this one is he’s the same body weight in each picture🤯

When it comes to measuring progress for fat loss and improvements in body composition I have 4 main forms of measurements I use with clients

1. Scale weight (weekly average weight)
2. Progress pictures
3. Body Measurements
4. How a client is feeling

All 4 of these measurements are important data for me to collect because depending on the circumstances some can shine through faster than others!

In this case while we didn’t see drastic change on the scale, we saw drastic improvements visually which of course trumps everything.

The reason this client saw such a fast change was because👇

1. He was very accurate with his nutrition/step count and did exactly as I asked of him

2. He was detrained and improved his performance in the gym dramatically (increased muscle mass means the scale also goes up)

All we did for this:
- Slight calorie deficit
- Daily protein goal
- Step goal
- 3-4 full body workouts per week
- Consistency

This is your reminder to use all 4 of these measurements when tracking your progress!

The scale can sometimes lie👇

Whenever I begin working with new female weight loss clients the first thing I typically here is “I want to lose x lbs” or “I want to be x weight”

But here’s the thing… your goal isn’t actually to lose weight, your goal is to lose body fat!

You need to get that exact number out of your head and understand that you can look amazing at so many different body weights & your body weight is going to shift in many directions!

The scale is an amazing tool to track body weight trends, but without using progress pictures and measurements it can be misleading!

So let’s explain what happened here⬇️

On the left when my client Jess came to me she had the primary goal to lose body fat, but was only eating around 1200 calories per day and her training routine wasn’t optimized!

So I knew from here I couldn’t go into a fat loss phase and begin pulling calories or I would have had to start her below 1000 calories which isn’t healthy or sustainable.

Instead we took the approach of building calories up with the primary focus on muscle growth, strength, and mental well-being (I like to call this a building phase)

We have taken her calories from 1200 to currently 2000!!!

In the process as you can see her stomach and lower back is much leaner, her glutes doubled in size, and her arms are much more define all while staying the same weight!

You see as you begin building muscle it will shift your body percentage, so even if you don’t lose weight or even gain weight you can still get leaner!!! We call this body recomposition.

So now in a few months after we get her calories up to about 2200-2400 we will do a small fat loss phase to remove a little bit of body fat she wants gone and then we will return right back to the building phase!

An incredibly special shoutout to my client Dj who has now officially lost 100lbs🎉💪

Dj’s fitness journey started on his own in 2019, where in the first picture he was approaching 300lbs. He lost a large amount of the weight on his own over the first couple years through improved diet and being more active.

We’re approaching our second year working together now and while when he came to me, he did an amazing job getting things started the issue becomes that when you diet for so long + don’t weight train, not only will you lose fat you will also lose muscle.. along with this you will also put yourself in a VERY bad position calorie wise (you run out of room to diet) This is why it’s so important to weight train + structure nutrition goals in proper phases.

In the first year we spent our time building his calories up from 2200-3800 really focusing on high quality foods and weight training to try and build lean muscle. From here we just ran our first dieting phase the last 4 months with incredible success where we stripped off another 30+ pounds of body fat. We’ll now rinse and repeat take another 6-12 months to build muscle and then head into our next fat loss phase.

Dj is an absolutely incredible client who nails his nutrition,training, and lifestyle measurements perfectly week to week and I couldn’t be anymore proud of him!
