We will be on-site Saturday morning, at the MUN Cross Country race. We will have Timbits and bottled water, and will be running an "Everyone Welcome" warm-up before the 2km race.

We will be offering coupons for 25% off of your first Pearlgate membership, and we are happy to answer any questions about our upcoming training season that starts on September 8th.

The first cross-country event of the season is coming up this weekend. There is a 2 km option for u14 athletes, and a 5K option for 14+.
Registration deadline is Thursday, so don't delay!

Congrats to all the Pearlgate athletes competing at NL Summer Games this week. A big thanks to our coaches Ian Keats, Allie Rogers, and Grace Mack, who are there coaching the St. John's/North and Mount Pearl/South squads.

Many of our seasoned competitors and newer athletes stepped on the podium today, after a soggy Day 2 of competition. More events, and hopefully more medals to come tomorrow!

It's been a privilege to host and support the Avalon, St Johns/North, and Mount Pearl/South regional Track & Field teams as they train for the upcoming NL Games.

This weekend held more remarkable results for Pearlgate athletes at The Royal Canadian Legion National Youth Track and Field Championships. Our athletes have now claimed three medals, set five new provincial records, and 11 personal best results.
