📢Registration for the Mount Pearl Junior Open is now open!📢

There will be three different categories:

*3-star (U12, U14, U16 and U18) aimed at more experienced tennis players who are seeking points to qualify for higher level of competitions or players looking to play high level competition. (Please note, 3-star tournaments allow players to earn points which can help them qualify for Atlantic's)

*Rising Stars (U10) for our younger and more experienced/competitive players

*Rookie Tour (ages 6-8, 9-12, and 13-16) aimed at recreational players newer to tennis.

Our 3-star category will have girls and boys singles, doubles and mixed doubles. Rising Stars will have girls and boys singles and doubles. Rookie Tour will have girls and boys singles.

Registration closes July 19th at 5pm. Please review the Regulations located under the General Information for more information about the different divisions and to help you determine where your child belongs.

YOUTH TENNIS TOURNAMENT OPPORTUNITY!!

The Mount Pearl Tennis Club is hosting the Mount Pearl Rookie Tour and Rising Star Tournament from June 27th-28th, 2026.

The Rookie Tour is intended for children who are new to tennis, and will be divided into age groups of 6-8, 9-12 and 13-16. The cost for participating is $10.

The Rising Star Tournament is for our more experienced and competitive U10 players. The cost for participating is $15.

Snacks will be provided and prizes will be available!

There is still space available in our Summer Junior Tennis Lessons!🎾

See below all the offerings. Please note that Orange Ball Mondays & Wednesdays at 4pm is currently full, but you can join the waitlist!

You will see on our website that there is a larger age range for the lessons; this is to help ensure that children are able to be placed in an appropriate lesson for their skill, and to help caregivers keep their children together if desired!

Please reach out if you're unsure what lesson will be best for your child and we would be more than happy to assist!

We can't wait for the summer season to begin!

Looking to try tennis for the first time or want to improve your skills and technique? The Mount Pearl Tennis Club offers a variety of adult-only tennis lessons with our coach Jummah!

Most of our club members began playing as adults with no prior experience, starting through our beginner lessons. Our lessons allow you to improve quickly while meeting new people.

Whether you're looking to learn how to hold a racquet or want to improve your form, we have a lesson for everyone!
