Our first Team NL training camp this past weekend went amazingly!

We got the opportunity to focus on footwork, distance, and even run some scored matches.

The upcoming group of National athletes shows great promise - continue to work hard!

A successful bring-a-friend day was had this week - lots of new kicks and fun activities!

While we didn't get many pictures, we got to see plenty of new faces and had a great time teaching across all classes.

We're looking forward to doing more events like this and seeing friends become students with Samjae!

Our first week of classes is complete - we are so impressed by the level of skill our athletes retained over the summer!

We did lots of basics - front kick, side kick, dolyo, and some quick counters - building up our foundations so we can do many more interesting techniques over the season!

She is an excellent role model and example of how consistent effort makes way to great opportunity! Congratulations Kiana!
