Kids spend most of their day sitting in a classroom … the last thing they need after school is more sitting.

After school hours are some of the most important hours of the day — and they should be filled with **movement, learning, confidence-building, and FUN**.

Too often, after school care turns into little more than babysitting. But kids need more than that. They need:

For over 20 years, Rock Athletics Inc. has been a cornerstone of youth fitness and development in our community. What began as a small after-school initiative has grown into a trusted organization that parents, educators, and students rely on for quality programming.

Our after-school programs span a wide range of sports, physical activities and recreational play designed to build confidence, teamwork, and healthy habits in children of all ages. From recreational activities to skill-development clinics, Rock Athletics provides a safe, engaging environment where kids thrive after the final school bell rings.

Over the course of two decades, more than 2,000 students from St. Peter's Primary, Newtown Elementary, Mary Queen of the World, and Cowan Heights Elementary have participated in our programs — a testament to the deep trust that parents and school communities have placed in Rock Athletics.
