Thank you for being positive role models, pushing the girls to be their best and creating an environment where everyone felt supported and confident. πŸ’™
The girls learned so much both on and off the ice, and we are so grateful for the time and effort you put into making this week so special.

Day 4! πŸ’πŸ’™

What a fun day at camp! We kicked things off with our Great Rink Challenge, where teams worked together through a variety of fun challenges β€” from celebrating like they had just won the Stanley Cup πŸ† to teamwork challenges and PWHL trivia! There was lots of laughter, creativity and teamwork along the way!

On the ice, we focused on protecting the puck, driving the net and adding some new offensive moves to our toolbox. πŸ’πŸ”₯

Another great day of learning, competing and having fun together! πŸ’™

One more day to go!πŸ₯ΉπŸ’

Day Three was another great one at camp! The girls worked hard and had lots of fun while focusing on shots, stick handling and driving the net. πŸŽ―πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈπŸ’
We worked on getting more power and accuracy behind our shots, and had some fun at yoga with Heather Reeves RMT | Yoga* Strength*Meditation
Another day of fun, hard work and getting better together! πŸ’ͺ✨
