Happy New Year and Bring on 2026!!!!
Some great new things to share with you and we couldn’t be more excited!
-Our kids classes have been going great, so we will keep them! Great for all our young athletes, but also including those just looking to get moving. Teaching kids proper form early is so important for their growing bodies.
-We are happy to finally move forward with our Online training. This is something we have been doing behind the scenes for awhile and it’s great for those who just don’t have time to get into the gym OR those who have invested in equipment at home and WANT to use it! Let us help with that. Reach out for more details!
-A New 12 Week Challenge kicks off January 12 2026. If finding a new fitness routine is part of your resolution let us help by offering flexible schedules and training options as well as weekly follow up! It’s hard to stay accountable but we can help. This can also be done as a VIRTUAL OPTION! Not being close is no longer a problem!
-Lastly (For Now) our January Monthly Challenge kicks off today!!!! Woot woot

This month when you walk, jog, run or bike (indoors or outdoors) tag us at and share a picture of your tracker, yourself or anything to show you were moving and grooving!!! You will a ballot of every share AND bonus points if your furry friends make their way into the picture ❤️
**And Yes there will be a prize at the end for a lucky active someone if you (like me) are 😉 motivated by gifts**
