The reason I get up and exercise and the reason I eat healthy is FOR MY HEALTH. It’s NOT about looking good in clothes. It’s NOT about a number on a scale. Has NOTHING to do with what size pants I wear. Being overweight, depressed, miserable, negative, eating junk, not exercising, not only feels terrible, but it messes with your QUALITY OF LIFE! My WHY is for my kids, My Family! I want to be happy, healthy, fit, and I want to LIVE LIFE to the fullest.
