First Taekwondo classes of the new season are officially in the books — and what a way to start!

A big thank you to Saskatchewan WT Taekwondo for joining us at Douglas Martial Arts and putting on a fantastic coaches seminar for our team!

Continuing to learn and grow as instructors is a huge part of what we do. The better we become as coaches, the better experience we can provide for every student who steps onto our mats.

We really appreciate the time, knowledge, and experience shared with us. Lots of great ideas to take back into our classes this fall!
