Save the treats for things YOU want, and will actually enjoy.ā£

If Susie wants to starve herself and do hours of cardio thatās fine, but donāt give her the power to make decisions on what exercise YOU enjoy.ā£

The best way to eat and exercise is one that gives you results, you enjoy doing, and one that you can see yourself doing for the rest of your life.ā£
