I would like to invite you to the first annual MJ Hockey Futures camp.

Cody Beach and myself(Shane Smith) will be the lead instructors and we are hoping to have a few other guest coaches but none confirmed as of yet. This camp is going to run every Tuesday and Thursday throughout July and August. There will be a total of 8 hours on the ice and 8 hours of dryland training. So that means 16 hours of training. We are hoping to have two groups of 30 kids in each group. A

ge range we are looking for is 8-10 in group one then 11-13 in group two. The purpose of the camp is to help kids be fully prepared for the upcoming season and their respective tryouts. On the ice we will be working on a lot of skills and challenging kids to push themselves to be better on the ice. Off the ice our plans are to push kids to be in the best possible shape. We will be changing locations week to week and have some good off ice tools to help push the kids strength wise as well as conditioning wise.
