Hey Pickleballers!

We’ve noticed that the courts are getting scratched up! To help preserve the surface and keep it in great shape for everyone, we kindly ask that you wear clean indoor shoes when playing.

If that’s not possible, please make sure to check your shoes for rocks, pebbles, or debris before entering the court area.

Let’s all do our part to take care of the courts so we can continue enjoying them for years to come. Thanks for your support and cooperation!

Shoe Tag Pickup Reminder – Tonight!

We’ll be at the courts today from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM to hand out shoe tags and answer any questions you may have.

If you can’t make it, no problem—we’ll arrange for a board member to get your tag to you at another time.

Please remember: Shoe tags identify you as a paid member and are required during exclusive court times. Be sure to wear yours to avoid any confusion throughout the season.

Lost your shoe tag? We can provide a replacement for $5.

Unfortunately, we won’t be demonstrating the Erne tonight, but stay tuned—we’ll schedule something soon!

Hey everyone! Opening day is May 1st!

We’ve sent out some important emails, so please make sure to read them carefully. They contain everything you’ll need to know for the season—including codes, instructions, and info about the Erne machine. Reading them now will help cut down on questions on Opening Day.

Please note: our local emails come from Pickleball Canada, as they manage our site and admin services. Be sure to check your inbox and spam folder so you don’t miss any of their messages.

Important Update for City of Moose Jaw Pickleball Players! 🚨

We wanted to let everyone know that the City Pickleball program will not be offering a spring session this year. With the Outdoor Courts opening soon and the majority of the players choosing to play outdoors, they have decided to focus their efforts on the upcoming outdoor season.

👉 Why no spring session? Last year, they had very few sign-ups, which led to frustration due to a lack of players available to play with.

🌟 How to get your 2025 Outdoor Court Pass: To play on the Outdoor Courts, you must be a 2025 Pickleball Can/SK/MJ member. After that, you can purchase your 2025 Outdoor Pass at www.pickleballmoosejaw.ca.

💥 Special Discount for Under 18 Players! We offer discounted passes for players under 18! To access the special link for purchasing, email us at [email protected].

⏰ Free Time Available: If you don't want to purchase a pass, there is still free time during the season! However, please note that only PMJ members are allowed on the court during PMJ time. As a PMJ member, you’ll enjoy the benefit of being able to play from opening to closing—that’s lots of playing time!

🏓 Beginner Pickleball Players: If you're new to pickleball and not sure where to begin, we've got you covered! We’ll be offering a beginner’s lesson to help you get started, with guidance from Lori Haukaas of Project Pickleball —a local instructor who offers lessons for all skill levels. Be sure to check out her page (Project Pickleball) for more details.

After the lesson, we would invite you to join our intermediate league days and start playing with others at a similar level, so you can continue improving and having fun! Check out Global Pickleball Network (GPN) and get signed up!
