Join us this Wednesday at Two Water Brewing for our Meat Raffle Night in support of the Mooretown Lady Flags — great prizes, a great cause, and a taproom full of community energy.

We’re proud to support the Lady Flags, a local girls’ hockey organization that helps young athletes grow on and off the ice. Programs like this build more than hockey skills — they build confidence, teamwork, leadership, friendships, and a strong sense of belonging.

When we support local teams, we’re helping with the real costs that keep kids playing: ice time, tournaments, equipment, travel, development, and all the extras that make youth sports possible.

And if that wasn’t enough… it’s also Smash Burger & Pint Night.

After a fantastic inaugural event last year, the Mooretown Lady Flags Golf Tournament is returning on August 8 at the St Clair Parkway Golf Club!

Join us for a great day on the course while supporting girls hockey right here in our community. Gather your friends, coworkers, teammates & family members and help us continue to grow opportunities for female athletes:

Our very own Kassie Roach was the guest speaker at tonight’s Athletic Banquet at St. Patrick’s High School!

Kassie is an incredible role model, and we love seeing her share her wisdom and inspire the next generation of athletes.

📢 Attention Lady Flags Volunteers

If you are planning to volunteer with the Mooretown Lady Flags during the upcoming season in *any capacity* — including coaching, training, managing, on-ice helping, executive roles, or dressing room attendants — now is the time to begin your Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) process.

Vulnerable Sector Checks are required by the OWHA for individuals working with youth and can take several weeks to process, particularly during the busy late-summer and fall months.

To help ensure all teams are ready to hit the ice this season, we encourage volunteers to start the process as soon as possible rather than waiting until September.

Thank you for helping us provide a safe, positive environment for all Lady Flags players. Your commitment and support are greatly appreciated!

🌟Our very own Kallee Elliott is an OFSAA champion!

Kallee jumped a personal-best 1.61 metres to win gold in the Novice Girls High Jump at this week’s OFSAA Track & Field Championships.

A longtime Lady Flag and member of our upcoming 2026-27 U18 team, Kallee’s dedication and determination continue to shine both on and off the ice.

Way to go, Kallee - we couldn’t be prouder! 👏
