Congrats to DSC and SC Azzurri players Davina Taza and Chelsey Shotton for officially signing with CF Montreal. Both players have been with our club since they began playing soccer. While there is some sadness in seeing them go, we are also proud to see them take the next step in their soccer journey. I know both players well and believe they can have success at the next level. Happy birthday Chief. 🐾

4 years ago today, God sent an angel to earth.

Life wasn’t always easy for you. You were misunderstood, abandoned, and left hoping that someday you would get a second chance to show the best version of yourself. All you wanted was peace, happiness, and a place where you truly belonged.

Then, three years ago, our paths crossed, and rescuing you became one of the greatest gifts of my life. I still remember you lying on the floor at the veterinary clinic, weak and in pain, not knowing if you were going to make it. I held you and told you that we would do everything we could to get you the help you needed and that you were going to be okay. I promised that I would never give up on you.

Since then, we’ve grown together through both the good moments and the difficult ones. No matter what life throws our way, you are always by my side with loyalty and unconditional love.

You taught me and reinforced the importance of responsibility, resilience, growth, redemption, loyalty, trust, family, and unconditional love. I truly hope I’ve given you the life you deserve because you’ve definitely been a blessing in mine. I may have missed the opportunity to have a child, but you are my son.

We may have rescued you, but the truth is… you rescued me too.

May God bless you with health and happiness.

« Happy and honoured to to be named the new Head Soccer Coach at Concordia. This is a very special moment for me. Coaching at the university level has always been one of my goals, and to have the opportunity to do it at the very place where I once played soccer makes it even more meaningful. Years ago, I had the privilege of wearing the Concordia jersey as a student-athlete. Today, I have the honour of leading that very program.
I’m excited for the challenge ahead and committed to building a culture of excellence, hard work, accountability, and pride. My goal is to help bring this program back to where it belongs while developing not only better soccer players, but better people.
None of this would have been possible without God’s guidance and the support of so many people throughout my journey. I want to thank Jesus for every opportunity, every challenge, every lesson, and every blessing. I’m incredibly grateful to my family, friends, mentors, former coaches, players, colleagues, and everyone who supported and believed in me along the way—including those who are no longer physically present in my day-to-day life. Each of you has played a role in shaping the person and coach I am today, and I will always be grateful.I am looking forward to this new challenge and excited for what lies ahead.
