I know it’s tough… I know it’s tough to find the motivation to workout when your couch is just 10 feet away. I know it’s not as fun or as exciting as training in a gym. And I know it’s easy to just say you’re gonna put it off until things go back to normal. 🤷‍♂️

But you just have to soldier on. Find solutions not excuses. Just do it for your mental sanity at this point. Stay fkn sharp, that’s how they lose.❤️
