care, joy and beauty that only then can and that the world needs to move into a more eco-sustainable future for generations to come. We are the ones we have been waiting for. I come from a culture that instills invisibility in women. But my Soul knew that I had another purpose and the calling was too strong not to listen to. Becoming more visible was a soul-searching journey that I am so glad I did! It is a new month and that means time for new monthly goals and intentions.

Monthly goals are so much easier to achieve than big yearly goals.

Writing them down helps to clarify what one really wants.

Written goals help me see, track and celebrate my progress. They help me make the changes that really improve my quality of life. They give life more meaning.

I love writing my monthly goals and checking them off as the month goes by. It helps me put in place the habits and practices that support my well-being, my work and my life.

Some can take months to accomplish or see the desired outcome. And every month takes you closer to results.

Wishing a happy, warm and safe Thanksgiving to our American neighbors! The fall harvest festival is celebrated on the fourth Thursday in November in the US and the second Monday in October in Canada. For now all borders are closed between us for non-essential travel. I look forward to seeing my American family and friends someday again.
