The Institut national du sport du Québec (INS Québec) strongly supports this initiative and believes that, now more than ever, it is time to collectively reflect on the future of sport in Québec. 🤝
Sport must be a national priority. From grassroots participation to high performance, the sport pathway forms a continuum in which participation, development, and excellence mutually reinforce one another. An active population contributes to the development of future athletes, while their performances on the world’s biggest stages inspire participation, engagement, and a passion for sport across Québec. 🏃♂️
This virtuous cycle, where participation fuels excellence and excellence inspires participation, is at the very heart of our mission: to foster sustainable human performance in which the well-being of athletes, as well as the development of coaches, sport science and sports medicine professionals, and sport organizations, form the foundations of sustainable participation and excellence. 🌟
