2025! 🙌

A year filled with ups and downs but one that really taught me anything is possible (in the best way possible)! 🚀

Despite setbacks and injuries, I was blessed to have been able to work with so many amazing clients and both build relationships while having an impact on their everyday lives. ❤️

I try to be as transparent as possible here in a world of fugazzi posts only showing highlight reels and pretending everything is roses and daisies. 🥀

But looking back, I’m really proud of what we were able to achieve together and I can’t wait on what’s to come in the New Year! 🎉

Winter 2026 Youth Pickleball! ❄️🥒

I’m happy to announce that after a successful first season of Indoor Youth Pickleball at the , I will be leading a new season to the youth Winter 2026!

If you’re looking for an indoor activity this winter to keep your kids active and social, call the Y ASAP to book spots while they last!

The sessions:
📍are at the
📆 run from January 11-March 22
•Ages 8-10: Sundays @2:30-3:30pm
•Ages 11-14: Sundays @3:40-4:40pm

The sessions are great for all levels and offer a mix of theory, drills, and game-time weekly.

As a Father and Fitness Coach, I know how hard it is to juggle the time to take care of your little one while still trying to find the time to take care of yourself! 😅

Many big box gyms don’t offer classes that are inclusive to moms or dads that want to bring their small young children (or are simply too loud and crowded to even entertain the idea). 👶

With that being said, I’m excited to offer a new Fitness Class that focuses on Resistance Training for Moms and Dads that want to get a productive 45-minute workout in while still being able to stop and start as they need to check on their kids!✨

The gym is a private facility located on Victoria Avenue (boasts easy free parking, close and easy access to a washroom, and super convenient for anyone in Westmount)!🏡 🅿️

I have 6 spots to fill to run the class. If you or anyone you know are interested, please message me while spots remain! ⚡️
