From Montréal to Ottawa, the conversations shaping Canadian sport are happening.
Starting with the Summer & Winter Sport Caucus Meetings and Canadian Olympic Committee Session in Montréal, and continuing this week at the Sport Integrity Canada Symposium in Ottawa — these gatherings brought together some of the most passionate and dedicated people in our sport system, including the legendary Abby Hoffman and Kate Campbell.
A highlight across both cities: Karate Canada’s Executive Director, Chris Bright, hearing Secretary of State for Sport, … speak to the Government of Canada's financial commitment to sport — and its belief that sport has the power to unite Canadians, from playground to podium.
That's a vision Karate Canada is proud to be part of. 🥋

De Montréal à Ottawa, les discussions qui façonnent le sport canadien battent leur plein.
C’est d’abord avec les réunions du Caucus des sports d’été et d’hiver et la session du Comité olympique canadien à Montréal, puis cette semaine avec le Symposium d’Intégrité du sport Canada à Ottawa — ces rassemblements ont réuni certaines des personnalités les plus passionnées et les plus dévouées de notre système sportif, notamment les légendaires Abby Hoffman et Kate Campbell.
Un moment fort dans les deux villes : Chris Bright, directeur général de Karaté Canada, a entendu le secrétaire d’État au Sport, …, parler de l’engagement financier du gouvernement du Canada envers le sport — et de sa conviction que le sport a le pouvoir d’unir les Canadiens, du terrain de jeu au podium.
C’est une vision à laquelle Karaté Canada est fier d’adhérer. 🥋
