Most beginners jump on a treadmill before their body can actually support the movement. Without a stable core and basic mobility, the body compensates—hips shift, the spine collapses, and every step becomes inefficient. The effort feels high, but the return is low.
Core strength gives the body the stability to transfer force efficiently.
Mobility allows joints to move through their full range without strain.
Together, they make walking or running mechanically effective instead of exhausting.
