With our attention being pulled in 101 directions, exercise funnels our awareness into a container of stability (enabling us to connect to self)

Focus on the breath, the weights, and movement detaches you from the regrets and depression of the past and past events and equally moves you away from the worries and anxiety of the future

Present essence - a connection to self. The present moment is all there is. We live and experience moments of presence over and over sliding along the string of the illusion of space and time. Enjoy the journey it is the destination

In facing obstacles and hardships we learn to be humble. Humility stems from realizing that we are mere mortals of flesh and blood bound to finite constraints rooted in our physical bodies.
