Most people ruin their one arm kettlebell swing with their free hand.

They either freeze it…
or start touching their leg.

Both kill your timing.

Your free hand should move with the bell.
Same rhythm. Same direction.

When it doesn’t, everything falls apart:
– alignment
– power
– control

Fix this, and your swing immediately feels cleaner and lighter.

Simple correction. Big difference.

Most people are killing their grip without realizing it.
They squeeze the kettlebell as hard as possible at the top.

It feels strong.
It’s not.

It just burns out your forearms and limits how long you can train.

At fixation, the bell should sit across your palm at an angle.

You don’t need to crush the handle.
Let your hand relax.

The bell will stay in place.

You’ll save energy, last longer, and your technique will clean up fast.

Most people never fix this.
