Hello everyone,

As announced on the field last week, we will be hosting the Unity Cup Final, organized by Camer Young Boys, on our pitch.

*I encourage everyone to be punctual, as the match will kick off at 3:00 p.m. sharp.*

This will allow enough time for the Unity Cup Final to be played and for the rest of the squad who will not play in the final to have a proper training session afterward.

Let’s all be on time and show our support while maintaining our commitment to training.

Comme annoncé sur le terrain la semaine dernière, nous accueillerons la finale de la Unity Cup, organisée par les Camer Young Boys, sur notre terrain.

*Je demande à chacun d’être ponctuel, car le match débutera à 15 h précises.*

Cela nous permettra de jouer la finale dans de bonnes conditions et de laisser suffisamment de temps à ceux qui ne participeront pas à la finale pour effectuer leur séance d’entraînement.

📢 GOODWILLERS FAMILY DAY – BOXING DAY EVALUATION & CNVT 2026/ 2027 INFORMATION SESSION 📢

The celebration may be over, but the journey continues!

Goodwillers soldiers , volunteers, sponsors, and supporters were warmly invited to our Family Day Boxing Day Evaluation, Information Sharing, and Planning Session last Sunday at our playing grounds at Ecole Cavalier LaSalle.

This meeting provided an opportunity to:

✅ Review the success of Family Day
✅ Share feedback and lessons learned ✅ Appreciate everyone who contributed ✅ Exchange ideas for future events
✅ Strengthen our teamwork and community spirit
✅ Plan for an even bigger and better Family Day next year

Westmount, Quebec – 01 June 2026:

THE SOLDIER TROPHY (MOST IMPROVED SOLDIER) award is given to the most deserving soldier who made great improvements in attendance, fitness, professional competence, dress, drill, and discipline.

The Regiment’s Commanding Officer, Lieutenant-Colonel Langlois, and the Regimental Sergeant-Major, Chief Warrant Officer Quesnel, were pleased to announce at the Regiment’s battalion review parade held on 03 May 2026 that Corporal Henry Nzike Mseumbe had earned the Soldier Trophy for the 2025-26 training year.

The trophy was donated to the RMR in the early 1990’s by the members of the Regular Forces Support Staff (RSS): Captain Matthew McDonald of the PPCLI, and Warrant Officer Gaudreau of the R22eR. The RMR Foundation funds this award with a Bursary to assist winners with their studies.
