La vie vient avec son lot de hauts et de bas…et la motivation à s’entraîner n’y échappe pas. Le vrai défi, ce n’est pas toujours de se présenter quand on en a envie, mais de continuer à le faire même quand la motivation n’est pas au rendez-vous 💪

Aujourd’hui, nous célébrons 6 membres incroyables qui ont complété 200+ cours chez Orangetheory Griffintown et qui démontrent ce que la constance, l’engagement et le dévouement envers sa santé représentent réellement 🙌

Vous avez persévéré à travers les journées chargées, les journées où la motivation était moins présente et tout ce qui se trouve entre les deux, et c’est quelque chose dont vous pouvez être fiers. 👏

Félicitations pour cette incroyable étape! Nous sommes tellement fiers de chacun d’entre vous et reconnaissants de vous avoir dans notre communauté OTF 🔥🧡

Coach Evan, it’s been a good one 🥹

After two years at OTF Griffintown, Coach Evan is heading off to his next adventure, and while we’re very excited for him, we’re definitely not thrilled about losing one of our good ones.

Evan brought his fitness knowledge, athleticism (and yes, we have to acknowledge the fact that he is, in fact, very ripped 🤩), and his signature “DIG DEEP” energy to every class. He was always pushing members to find that extra gear and give a little more than they thought they had.

But beyond the workouts, Evan was an absolute gem to work with; reliable, kind, and always someone we could count on. He’ll be missed around the studio more than he probably realizes.

Now he’s making an industry switch and following his passion for working with animals 🐾 which feels like a pretty great next chapter for someone who has always been so good with people.

We know you have a bright future ahead, Evan, and we’re wishing you nothing but success (and hopefully a few less burpees) in whatever comes next.

Join us Tuesday morning, September 1st for Evan’s final classes and help us give him the send-off he deserves!

Thanks for two great years, Coach. We’ll miss you! 🧡
