Variations on Inverted and Reclining Poses - Available Now!
Saturday’s asana class (June 13, 2026) is video only - no livestream - and it's available now!

Join us as we explore different ways to approach familiar poses such as Sirsasana (Headstand) and Supta Padangusthasana (Reclining Big Toe Pose). There are alternatives for students of all levels.

Anyone who has a reservation can watch the video now by logging in at https://rogercoleyoga.punchpass.com/, clicking on Content Library, scrolling down, then clicking on the video title.

If you don't have a reservation, here are two ways you can watch the class.

Option 1: Before 10 a.m on March 28, go to https://rogercoleyoga.punchpass.com/, click on the June 13 class in the Schedule, follow the instructions to purchase a pass for a Single Class or a Subscription, then reserve your spot. The video will immediately become available in your Content Library.

Au fil des journées, les pratiques soutiennent cette transition : yoga yin et restaurateur, méditation, marche consciente, écriture, repos et temps dehors. 🧘‍♀️

Cette retraite s’adresse aux personnes qui ressentent l’appel du silence, tout en ayant envie d’un espace simple, doux et soutenant pour y entrer.
