4 months of preparation, to get a goal.... the goal is not achieved, but the process is mesmerizing. Today is race day, my bib and kit are ready. Good luck to all participants of the Beneva montreal marathon 2024.

If it was easy.... !! well, it's not... and it's not only the distances... its the mental and physical commitments, and the endless workouts for the months leading up to the day. It's not easy, but it's worth every early morning run, every half-asleep ride and swim... its not easy, but it's worth it!!

The feeling was surreal to cross the finish line. And to be called across it by the legend Mike Reilly. It's like the party was made for anyone that can make it to the finish. And what a prty it was. 2 weeks later and it still feels unreal.

It's looking more and more like the finish line that some dream of crossing. Good luck to all the participants of Ironman Mont Tremblant. Keep a positive attitude regardless of the weather/rain/heat. I'll be among you and I hope to see you at the finish line.

Taper time!!! Less than 2 weeks out for race day. Now is the time to check the race kit, and running shoes etc.

Some mountain climbs on Camillien Houde way, Mount Royal .. the scene at the summit make you want to to get to the bottom and do climb it again, and again, and again...

Open water swim, in Lake tremblant. The hills in the background are just majestic!!
