The House of Bounce Story
Co-Founders and lifelong friends Heather and Alexandra together discovered rebounding, an exercise that is fun, but also one of the most efficient exercises available, according to NASA. It is low-impact and accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. Rebounding isn’t just fun cardio, it is proven to be the best way to promote circulation of the lymphatic fluid, digestion health, emotional wellbeing through relaxation and so much more. The power of rebounding inspired them to open Studio House of Bounce. They wanted to share their passion with the people of Montreal and create a community revolving around enjoyable, vibrant wellness. Every week they bounce out fun choreographed routines to an awesome playlist with big smiles on their faces!
