House of Pain House of Pain is an exclusive underground gym that prides itself on being at the cusp of new and innovative training techniques. This is our House!

We are dedicated to the training of high level athletes and have created an environment where they can come and challenge themselves to further expand their pain threshold. Whether you're looking to improve strength, endurance, explosiveness or just surpass an otherwise mental bloc the professional staff at the House of Pain will do what it takes to help you achieve your fitness objective.
