We are finally going to be able to together again🤸 just happy 😃 to go somewhere…and see 👀people…and change up the scenery🌆…and change my sweatpants 👖… so many ands I know, just excited to move forward➡️ but almost forgot about this mini workout 🍑

A mini workout using elastic loop & introducing myself slowly back to insta🙋‍♀️
Focus is on posture by squeezing shoulder blades as you move though these series.
Simple to follow & maybe you’ll feel a little prouder though your chest. Back in basement but still doing what I love Hope you are too… ❤️
Missing in person but realize that as difficult as it is to move at home it can be a small gift to yourself.
Movement is ageless and at 50 yrs old 👵it’s saved me in so many ways.
Find what moves you and keep going.

I haven’t posted in a long time my friends cause well I just couldn’t… This was the last picture of Jo on my 50 th Bday a day before the accident. She was my person, my best friend, a love that was very real to me.
I miss her everyday and I feel a little lost without her. 2021 was Jo and every thing else just stopped. Life goes on I get it but the emptiness and the realness of not having her in my life is heartbreaking ❤️‍🩹
I do not want to make you sad , that is not my intention but I guess I felt stuck with my emotions and raw with my feelings so Instagram was a place that I did not want to be. I am still in shock and it’s almost 3 months she is gone. We spoke all the time, laughed a lot, an unconditional friendship that lasted many years. I know so many of you miss her and had a part of her but I had the whole of her and she will always stay young, beautiful, kind and just the right amount of crazy. She was very dear to me and living with her loss is F**kin hard but could not avoid it anymore so my heart, my mind, my body ache for her…I guess my strength is my vulnerability and time will heal. As I am writing this I am having a hard time sharing cause I don’t want to let her go…

Studio Vibes ⚡️are back and as the weather gets colder 🥶I think now is the perfect time to start moving inside. Protocols are in place & spots are limited but you just can’t beat that feeling 🙌
So grateful to get back to the spirit of group classes even though they might look a little different nothing feels better than MOVING together💕

Movement 🤸for me is integral in my whole being. It brings me , , , & is unique to all of us. It is part of my life & will be forever. I am grateful for this little piece of myself that I can share with you❤️
We all can move bottom line so find what moves you…
Move class is a challenging full body workout with seamless flows and transitions that is rhythmical & with specific choreography.
Who doesn’t love a good combo?🙋‍♀️

Stop just & your body🤸 Feeling movement with an emotional & verbal connection & some good tunes 🎼 to keep you motivated to the next level of your fitness journey. All in one ☝️ remember your smaller muscles that you might neglect are the ones that need your love ❤️ most. Flow, transitions & body awareness can be quite challenging & finding your own rhythm is so fulfilling. Movement is personal & we all move differently. Let’s celebrate that 💯 whatever moves you hopefully brings you lots of joy 🤩
