The dates for the 'Enter your Life Zone' 2015 lecture series are out! We will be covering Physical performance, Mental performance, Nutrititonal Performance and an all in one Global Integration covering all three topics.

Please look out for the first of the lecture series on 'Nutritional Performance' February 11th at 7:30 p.m.

Foods have a great impact on our biochemistry. They can be medicinal as well as toxic. In this lecture we will talk about the effects of foods on our biochemistry and how this can affect the body.
