It’s a beautiful spring day… I'm just returning from a deeply touching moment, sharing Sound and Frequency with both elders and children, bridging generations through something we all carry within us.

My body is a little tired… but my heart is full.

And here I am, back at my computer, still moved, still inspired, because this space, this Room,
means so much to me.
