Hello Runners! I'll start with an apology for the long time missing in action. So I'll start with a never more meaningful HAPPY NEW YEAR.

It has been tremendously challenging year but I can say that at least, among all the many other things that were stripped away from us, RUNNING remained possible.

What else can a runner ask than a great summer and a mild winter. There's always a bright side 🌞

We hope you all and your families have been well in health and in spirit and I invite you to share with the group what have you been doing in terms of running and sports the last few months to cope with the situation and to stay fit.

It's proven that staying active helps the immune tremendously so for those who have been struggling, get inspired and go RUN! strong 💪
