This in-house challenge grew dramatically in such a short period of time resulting in participation at the Just for Laughs festival (400,000 attendees yearly). The parameters of the Ego Games Nominations requires the participant to film themselves performin

g a cool fitness related challenge. Cool is a relative term, so have fun with this. and upload the footage to this page. The participant then nominates AND tags three others to do the same. The nominated people have to complete the task within 24 hours
