3 ans de Sweatbox.
Tout a commencé dans une petite salle, ici à Montréal, avec une grande idée et beaucoup de cœur. Aujourd’hui, Sweatbox est devenu bien plus qu’un gym : c’est une communauté soudée, un lieu de dépassement, de rencontres et d’amitiés qui se sont créées au fil des entraînements.
On est fiers de faire partie de notre quartier, de son énergie, de ses gens et de la vibe montréalaise qui nous inspire chaque jour.
Merci à ceux et celles qui étaient là dès le début, et à tous ceux qui nous ont rejoints en chemin. Vous êtes l’âme de Sweatbox.
On est incroyablement fiers du chemin parcouru… et encore plus excités par tout ce que l’avenir nous réserve.

It all started in a small room here in Montreal, with a big idea and a lot of heart. Today, Sweatbox has become so much more than a gym — it’s a tight-knit community, a place where we push ourselves together, where connections are made and friendships are born through every workout.
We’re proud to be part of our neighborhood, proud of its energy, its people, and the Montreal vibe that inspires us every single day.
