Group Training (Ages 11–14) Includes:
• 3 full-body strength sessions per week
• 1 weekly cardio/conditioning session

Semi-Private Elite Training (Ages 15+) Includes:
• 3–4 semi-private sessions per week
• Weekly on-ice training with Paul Gagné
• Recovery and mobility sessions
