This weekend's weather is looking promising! 🌤️ Let's pick up where we left off!

Join us this Sunday for an hour long bootcamp!
All new workout plan created by your two favorite coaches, as we vibe to Afro Beat music! We assure you, it's going to be hot one! 🔥

The bootcamp will be held in the same location, in Ville Saint- Laurent.
If you are coming by car, make sure to park at the Du Boisé Library and walk towards the track and field.
You will see us immediately on your left.

Don't forget to bring your energy, your mat, your water bottle, and towel.

I found my passion for fitness 6 years ago when I got a job at a gym. After graduating from university in Public Affairs. I was working in gym/fitness management. Today, I work for a soon-to-be North American fitness startup-tech company.

Two strong and athletic women who met in high school and discovered we lived right next door to each other! We later attended the same college and university, needless to say, our paths have always been intertwined. Since the day we met, we have remained close friends..

UNTIL NOW...

We share common ambitions, drives, growth, and late-night walks with our dogs. 🐶 We always knew we wanted to put our passion for athleticism into action.

An active movement brand about the community and for the community.
We host weekly summer boot camps in different districts of Montreal. 🍉💦

Bottomline, we are all about having FUN, VIBING to tunes, all while MOVING your body, TESTING your limits, PUSHING your willpower, and SHIFTING YOUR MINDSET! 💪💪🏻💪🏼💪🏽💪🏾💪🏿
