We got played, and unfortunately, we caught it to late.
All of email addresses have been hacked. If you contact them directly, be aware, you are not talking with an official employee of xcadey, but rather a fraudster.
We raised this situation to but they did nothing to step up their security.
They are in direct violation with their own privacy policy, as published on their website.
Until we resolve this with them, please save your money, pritect yourself, show your support and refrain from purchasing anything from them.
They are ignoring this, they are ignoring us. They will probably ask us to remove this post. Perhaps they will report this post. But we have very limited ressources in this fraud/scam scenario and we hope this post will help resolve this sh*tty situation.
We hope all their sales partner will see this and contact them to put pressure on XCadey so they reinforce their email security, website security and that they will refund us.
We are a small company, and this kind of fraud can break us.
Finally; a message to our customers: we got you!
