To all me fellow Zumba in the park goers,
Unfortunately, with all this snow so early in the season, I am going to have to end Zumba in the park for 2025 (I thought for sure we could go to the end of November 😢, but these conditions aren't good or safe for outdoor Zumba). I want to thank everyone that came out from August to November. Through heat, drizzle and some cool weather you guys were the real champs 💃.

Side note: Thank you all for being so much fun, this group has 100% kept me going, starting back four months postpartum wasn't easy. But seeing the same faces who have shown up year after year, and a couple new faces, reminded me why I do this. So thank you all.

I wish we could of had more of a proper goodbye 😢. But wishing everyone all the best over the winter season. See you in spring 2026! 💃

I just want to take a second to thank everyone who comes out every spring, summer, and fall for Zumba in the park. Five years already of dancing outside with some great people. Many who have been with me since day one or at least for a couple of years now. It's exactly why I love my job. We usually end with a super fun Halloween celebration, and this year, you all showed up with some great costumes and amazing energy. But we are not ending it here. I have decided, since many of you have asked, that we will continue our outdoor classes for a little longer. So bundle up, and get ready to keep dancing away 💃. And for those of you who wish to join we are in Girouard Park, every Tuesday at 7:30 pm and Saturday at 9:00 am. And I can guarantee you won't feel the cold for very long 😁.

It's that time of year again 🎃. Calling all the witches and gobblins.

Come join me, Tuesday, October 28, at 7:30 pm and Saturday, November 1 at 9:00 am for a special Zumba Halloween party in Girouard Park.

Everyone is welcome, and it's free! So bring your friends and family and dance along to some of your Halloween favorites.

Costumes are optional but definitely encouraged 👻🧙‍♀️👺.

If you are looking for a great way to get moving, have some fun, laugh, dance, sweat it out, and make some friends along the way, all while enjoying the beautiful summer weather, then come try Zumba in the Park with VickyQ.Fitness.

Starting Saturday, August 2. Classes will take place every Tuesday at 7:30 pm and Saturday at 9:00 am in Girouard Park (NDG), weather permitting. Your first class is on me. 10$ for the following classes. Hope to see you there 💃.

Last Zumba in the Park for the season 😢. Come join us tonight for a little Halloween special in Girouard Park at 7:30 pm. Costumes are encouraged, but absolutely not neccesary (make sure to dress appropriately for the weather 😊). Class is free! Feel free to pass the message along to anyone who may be interested. Let's end the season with one final fun...and scary houray! 💃👻

It's that time of year again....🎃
Zumba in the Park Halloween Special!
Join us Tuesday, October 29 at 7:30 pm, in Girouard Park, for a fun Halloween themed dance party. Come dressed up in a costume (if you wish) and dance along to some of your favorite Halloween tunes. Class is completely free, so come join. Feel free to brings friends or family to join in as well, and let's get into that spooky spirit together. See you all there. And have a Happy Halloween 👻!

I know dancing won't fix all our problems. But for those couple of minutes, we can forget about what's going on in our lives, and just dance. Movement is truly medicine in so many ways.

If you want to join the party, shake away life stresses and just have some fun, come join us every Tuesday at 7:30 pm and Saturday at 9:00, in Girouard Park, until the end of October.

If you couldn't make the Saturday mornings, here's another chance to join in on the fun.
