After opening the school in September 2019, Bukan Montreal finally had it’s first training event.
2 days of 4 hours training, we had the joy of training and having a good time.

Many people react differently when you say what color of belt you have in martial arts.
After reaching your first belt you realize that it’s not the belt that should be the goal, but to perfect the techniques and actually understand what your body, mind and spirit is trying to develop though this experience.
That can be applied to anything, not just martial arts.
