You’re worried about getting bulky when you should be worried about this 👇🏾
Skipping strength training doesn’t keep you small. It just makes you weaker over time.
❌ Less muscle
❌ Lower bone density
❌ Slower metabolism
❌ Worse balance
❌ Less independence
That’s what avoiding weights leads to.
Lifting isn’t about changing your body for summer. It’s about keeping your body capable for life.
Carrying your groceries. Getting off the floor. Staying steady on your feet. Living without needing help.
Nothing wrong with wanting to look good. But that can’t be your only reason. Muscle is independence 🙌🏾
