If you still have Diastasis Recti, this is why nothing is changing.

You can be 6 months or even 50 years postpartum… but if your core isn’t working properly, your body keeps compensating.

That’s when you may start noticing:
• a mommy pouch that won’t go away
• pressure in your pelvic floor
• back discomfort
• bloating
• feeling “weak” in your core

And no… doing more ab exercises isn’t necessarily the answer.

The goal is to reconnect your deep core, control your breathing, and learn how to manage pressure during movement.

✨ Your daily non-negotiable:
Reconnect your deep core
Control your breathing
Reduce pressure instead of pushing through it

With consistency, you can work toward:
✅ a flatter stomach
✅ a stronger pelvic floor
✅ better posture
✅ more control through your core

🎯 The goal: rebuild your core the right way.

Were you scared of pregnancy too? What was your biggest fear? 🩷👇

For me, it was watching my body change.

Coming from the bodybuilding world, I was so focused on competitions, my physique, and my goals. The thought of gaining weight, getting stretch marks, watching my belly grow, and wondering if I would ever get my body back honestly terrified me.

The truth is, I never really felt ready.

Looking back now, I realize there probably isn’t a perfect moment when you suddenly feel 100% ready. Sometimes, you just have to trust yourself through the fear.

This is Episode 1 of my story, and I want to hear yours too🙏🏻

Did you feel ready to become a mom? What scared you the most? Share your story below I’ll be reading the comments🤍

They told me surgery would fix it.

But surgery doesn’t fix pressure.

2 kids.
3 years postpartum.
1 umbilical surgery (Nov 2023).

And no… I did NOT get a tummy tuck.

Here’s what most women don’t realize 👇

An umbilical hernia is often a symptom not the root cause.

If your deep core isn’t functioning properly
If your pressure isn’t controlled
If your diastasis is still open

You’re just patching the surface.

That’s why I focused on:

✔️ Deep core activation
✔️ Proper breathing
✔️ Pressure control
✔️ Safe postpartum progression
✔️ NO crunches. NO random planks. NO ego training.

I rebuilt my foundation first.

And that’s what protects your results long term.

⚠️ These exercises MUST match:
– Your diastasis width
– Your healing stage
– Your surgery history
– Your pressure pattern

You can’t copy random ab workouts from the internet.

If you’re postpartum and dealing with:
• A mommy pouch
• Diastasis
• Umbilical hernia
• Or you’re trying to avoid a tummy tuck

The ONE thing that completely changed the way I train my mommy pouch?

Learning how to breathe during my exercises.

You can have the right exercises, but how you breathe and engage your deep core while doing them can make all the difference.

Here’s what I focus on every time I train:

1️⃣ 360° breathing
I inhale through my nose and allow my ribs to expand around my body — not just into my chest.

2️⃣ Exhaling with the movement
During the effort, I exhale through my mouth, bring my ribs down and connect with my deep core and pelvic floor.

3️⃣ Creating that “corset” feeling
Instead of aggressively sucking my stomach in, I focus on gently tightening my deep abdominal muscles around my waist.

4️⃣ Controlling pressure
I don’t want my belly pushing outward or doming during an exercise. If that happens, I reset, reconnect and focus on my breathing again.

And this isn’t just for one specific exercise. This is the breathing technique I bring into my Mommy Pouch workouts to completely change how I perform each movement.

Sometimes it’s not about doing MORE exercises.
It’s about learning how to do them differently. 🩷

TOP CORE EXERCISES 💖 (Diastasis Recti - C-section - Umbilical hernia safe)

Comment « HEAL »🤍 and I’ll help you start healing your diastasis the right way
(only for those ready to heal from the inside)

After pregnancy whether it was 5, 15, or even 40 years ago healing is still possible.
Diastasis recti doesn’t heal with random workouts or intensity. It heals with intention, breath, and deep core control 🤍
This is the approach I teach and the one that has helped thousands of women reconnect to their core and feel strong again.

Early healing: start slow.
Focus on control and breathing before adding intensity. Healing isn’t about rushing it’s about rebuilding properly, from the inside out ✨
Move with a plan, not randomly, and don’t be afraid to challenge yourself when your body is ready 💪

✔ Safe after natural birth
✔ Safe after C-section
✔ Safe after umbilical hernia
✔ Designed to restore coordination, strength, and function

Alongside movement, gentle abdominal massage (like castor oil 🤍) can help reduce bloating, improve circulation, support tissue mobility, and nourish loose skin over time.

Your body is not broken.
It simply needs the right strategy.

Still stuck with that Mommy Pouch? Let’s fix it the right way!
These gentle core exercises are your secret weapon to healing from the inside out 🔥💪

Ditch the crunches and planks with diastasis recti, they can do more harm than good 😣
Instead, focus on movements that strengthen your deep core without pressure: pelvic tilts, breathing work, and smart activation 😌👌🏻

✳️ HOW TO DO IT:
• 4 DR-safe exercises
• 4 rounds each
• 45 secs per exercise
• 30 sec rest between full circuits
✅ Focus on breath, control, and deep core activation

✨ SAVE this for your next workout

⏩️ If you need help, comment “HELP” so I can guide you to the best program for you.

It’s not normal for your fingers to sink into your stomach… that could be diastasis recti 👀

And yes — even if you gave birth YEARS ago, you can still have this condition. If you never properly rebuild your deep core, the separation and the symptoms that come with it can continue over time.

Watch this video to learn how to check it properly and understand what’s really going on with your core ✨

Ignoring it won’t make it disappear. It can contribute to a weaker core, back discomfort, pelvic floor issues, leaking, and that persistent mommy pouch.

Cardio and weightlifting won’t fix it if the root cause is diastasis recti ❌
