Want to improve your conditioning and kettlebell sn**ch technique at the same time?
Try this:
15 seconds of sn**ches.
15 seconds of rest.
Repeat for up to 10 minutes.
This is a demanding pace, so choose a light kettlebell that allows you to maintain clean technique.
Do not force the full 10 minutes immediately. Start with a duration you can handle, then gradually add rounds while keeping your breathing controlled and every repetition sharp.
The short rest periods teach you to recover quickly and remain calm under fatigue. The lighter weight allows you to continue practising efficient technique even as your heart rate rises.
A big thank-you to my mentor Louka Kurcer | Kettlebell Coach for Men 40+ for teaching me this excellent approach to improving both sn**ch technique and conditioning.
Stop when your form deteriorates.
Build gradually.
Stay relaxed.
Make every rep count.
