Most people lift weights just to look strong.
I train with old-school tools — the mace, Indian clubs, and even nunchucks — to become strong.
These weapons demand focus.
They teach control, rhythm, and patience.
You can’t fake your way through a swing when steel is moving around your head.
For me, this isn’t just training — it’s meditation in motion.
It sharpens my mind as much as my body.
You don’t need fancy machines to build power.
You need discipline, attention, and a tool that humbles you.
